I would like to include a section about myself on this page. Also to come, sections on Ockham's life, nominalism, medieval theology, and scholasticism. Is there anything I should be certain to tell the internet community about myself? Please comment.
Are there any specific questions (or general questions) about nominalism or medieval Franciscans you would like me to answer? Please comment.
I will try to have thorough sections for each by the end of next week.
In short, my name is Jacob David Allen, I am a grad student at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, I went to Hilllsdale College for History, am assistant manager at a local Cinnabon, enjoy reading, pina colada, and getting caught in the rain (and 80s music). I am Reformed, as ~ and Metzger recently pointed out, and am Southern Baptist. I am a member of the Medieval Academy of America.
There are some bare-bones, resume kind of stuff. For you guys that know me, who am I?
