Thats pretty funny. I notice in the parody he wears a similiar ring that goes all the across his fingers, only in the real video, it says "PCVD"

So freaking weird! Not the video, though that was funny--just seeing Dan Smith crop up in a completely unexpected portion of the internet. Yikes!
That's Dan and his wife, Shannon. He's an assistant pastor at the church I went to in Virginia; my parents still go there. I'll definitely have to check out his site.
